1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Times & Fees

Lithuania:

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout

European Union:

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping fee: Shown at checkout based on destination

International (Non-EU):

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping fee: Calculated during checkout

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s workload and external conditions.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to track your package in real time.


4. Delivery Issues

Oscaross is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Courier delays

  • Recipient unavailable during delivery

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.


5. Customs & Import Duties

For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Oscaross does not cover these charges.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide your order number and clear photos
    We will review the issue and offer a replacement or a suitable solution.
